If you use FlashFXP, the Site Manager shows you the password in an Edit field. However, it is shown as a row of asterisks. Simply start the program that contains the forgotten password as well as Password Recover. Then, drag the "Spy" Icon from Password Recover over the "***" field and password will be displayed.
